| Circle Arcadia is Back, Bitches... |

I'm pretty...neutral about returning to it, but I'm really happy about comicking again. Something to keep me busy between studying and work. I also plan to buy a domain for it soon and redo the layout. Hopefully it'll be more relevant to Circle Arcadia.
I also hope to make the lines on the pages thinner. Make it look more Zap'ish. I love that webcomic. Finally on Circle Arcadia, plz plz plz push me to make every update in color. I think colors look better for my style of drawing. I'm not too obsessed with being Michaelangelo like I was about 6 months ago. All those...obsessive drives to improve doesn't bother me anymore.
Also, I can graduate in December. That's pretty exciting but nerveracking as well. I could go on to grad school or law school, but I personally feel I need that break to figure things out for myself, not to mention pay off some loans, ya know? Everyone in every direction is annoying the shit out of me though, telling me what they think is best for me, and how if I don't do grad/law school, then I'm just "settling" and not "using my potential" and all this shit. It's so discouraging when you feel you are making the best decision for yourself, and people keep telling you YOU'RE WRONG WRONG WRONG. How does anyone grow into their own if they keep living for other people? It boggles me.
I'm still looking for cars, too. Something small and cheap. I'm hopefully to graduate and live in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It's in the south, it's cheap to live there, and it's a big ass city, but not overwhelmingly so. It's also very artsy, which is a must. And its not too far from DC, or whatever, so if I want to travel there for whatever, I can.
I think it would be a great idea to live there, but if not there, then it's Alexandria or Fairfax, VA for sure.
I'm trying to keep the drama in my life minimal, because I HATE HATE HATE drama in my life. Let's hope it stays that way. |

Cool, I'll check the comic out in a moment. Good luck accomplishing everything. :)

Why is everyone coming here all of a sudden? o_O
I drove through Alexandria on my way to DC, and I fell in love with the place :D
I think Arlington would be good too. It's not that very town per say as the area of Arlington, Alexandria, Tacoma Park, etc. The DC suburbs :D
It IS a nice place. Good transportation, good places to go. Trying to find work can be a bitch depending on what you're trying for (*cough*), but overall it's great.
cough being what? politics? because that's what i'm going for.
Nah, just having trouble finding a job myself :P. | |
